Welcome

I’m Tzveta.

I explore problems across boundaries and beyond the obvious.

My perspective comes from combining different ways of thinking.

Science taught me to think in systems and mechanisms, to question evidence, and to reason through uncertainty.
Finance and risk taught me to think quantitatively - in logic, probability, consequence and opportunity - and to exercise disciplined judgment.
Innovation taught me to challenge assumptions, explore possibilities and imagine what could be different.
Venture building added an entrepreneurial lens asking where real value can be created, what is worth building, for whom and why.
Execution taught me what it takes to turn intent into reality and that ideas only matter if they can survive it.

I bring those ways of thinking together and that combination has shaped more than twenty years of work across science-driven innovation, finance, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, emerging technology and transformation.

It also shapes how I work today. I look beyond the immediate problem to understand the evidence, system, assumptions, opportunities, risks, decisions and consequences around it.

I do not only analyse. I build. Alongside advisory work, I develop frameworks, models, methods, concepts and IP of my own.

I write primarily across oncology, science, innovation and execution, drawing on research, real-world cases and original thinking.

The starting point might be emerging science, a technology, a business, an industry, an unanswered problem - or an idea of my own.

The subject may change.

The approach stays the same: go beyond the obvious, understand what is really going on and find what matters.

Why subscribe?

This space is for people who want to understand complex ideas more deeply - and use that understanding to think, decide and act more effectively.

See the system, not just the headline

I look beyond hype, trends, PR and surface-level commentary to understand the evidence, assumptions, risks, incentives and systems underneath what is happening - and what it could mean.

Find the signal

More information is rarely the problem. The harder part is distinguishing what matters from what does not - what we know, what remains uncertain, what may be overlooked and why it matters.

Make the insight useful

The aim is not analysis for its own sake. I look for the implications, decisions and ideas worth carrying forward.

Better understanding should lead somewhere.

Follow ideas as they develop

I also share original frameworks, models, methods, venture thinking and concepts in progress - including ideas that may eventually become tools, ventures, IP or books.

What you can expect

Original research and synthesis. Primary evidence and sources. Deeper topic and industry analysis. Non-obvious connections. Frameworks and models. And thinking about what matters, why it matters and what could come next.

Nth Order Insights explores complex problems across disciplines and domains. I look beyond the immediate question to examine the evidence, mechanisms, systems, assumptions, risks and consequences - following the thinking as far as the problem requires.
